Spread out and make yourself comfortable in our home! Our rates are competitive, and because of what we offer, we are a better value than staying at a hotel! You get a whole house, on over an acre, for rates comparable to the tourist-area hotels! If you are staying as a group, you can split the nightly rate and pay less than you would for multiple hotel rooms!

Rates are nightly and based on a 4 person occupancy. For each additional member of your party, a $10 per person, per night fee will apply. Rates are subject to change at any time and are different for holiday periods. Please call for weekly and monthly rates, which are also different from the rates listed above.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-deposit basis. We accept Paypal, credit cards, cash, and cashier's checks/money orders. Sorry, no personal checks. A deposit in the amount of $250 will reserve your stay and includes the $180 security deposit and $70 cleaning fee. The security deposit ($180) will be returned to you after your departure and successful post-check-out inspection by our property manager. Renters staying for longer than 1 week and during Holiday periods may be subject to a higher security deposit.
A two-night minimum stay, deposit, and signed rental agreement are required to hold your reservation. The balance due for your stay is due on or before arrival. Holiday stays require a three-night minimum stay. View our defined Holiday periods here.

Additional Info
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Renter(s) signing the lease agreement must be at least 21 years of age at the time of occupancy, no exceptions. Linens and towels will be provided for your use. You may also bring and use your own linens, please call for bed sizes or refer to the house info page. Owners reserve the right to refuse to rent the property to anyone, at anytime, for any reason.
*Holiday rates are an additional $50 per night than the rates published on this website. Extra occupancy fee is $20 pp/night during holidays. Children under age 2 will not incur the extra person fee.
