New Year's Day
The preceeding week is also considered part of this holiday period.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (3rd Monday)
This holiday period also includes the preceeding Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

February

President's Day (3rd Monday)
This holiday period also includes the preceeding Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

March & April

Easter (Sunday)
This holiday period also includes the preceeding Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

May & June

Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
This holiday period also includes the preceeding Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

July

Independence Day/4th of July
The day before and the day after July 4th are considered part of this holiday period.

August & September

Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
This holiday period also includes the preceeding Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

October

Columbus Day (2nd Monday)
This holiday period also includes the preceeding Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

November

Thanksgiving (4th Thursday)
This holiday period also includes the Friday, Saturday and Sunday that immediately follows.

December

Christmas
This holiday period begins on December 24th and extends through New Year's Eve on December 31.
