The "fine print," which really isn't that small:
- Occupancy rate is based on 4 people. Parties of fewer than 4 people will not be additionally discounted. Additional guests (more than 4) will incur an additional $10 per person, per night fee. Rate does not include a $175 security deposit. You will receive your gift cards and t-shirts upon check-in. All days and dates from September 10 through October 31 are eligible for this special, except for Columbus Day Weekend, during which time this package will be $525. A three-night stay is required for this package. Two-night stays are also available, but will be based on the regular posted rates with no additional discounts. No taxes apply.
